My client needs a Service Desk Lead who is qualified in ITIL and can translate theory into practice. The service desk utilises the HP open view system as the desk tool so experience of using this would be an advantage. This individual would be helping to bring experience, knowledge and guidance to the service desk team; so need someone who has been there and done it. The team currently consists of; 3 engineers 2 FT desk members who takes calls. This is a 3 month opportunity paying at an NHS band 7 contract rate.
