JR Personnel is an employment agency, acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an administrator to join the team as a first point of contact for the Company for clients, suppliers and staff.
Role profile: • To support all the teams with admin tasks • To maintain and complete all records for each client • Use the internal IT system to ensure every but of documentation is inputted and up to date • Attend regular team meetings • Speak to clients in a professional and helpful manner • Attend internal and external training courses as and when required • Meet and greet visitors to the office • Answer incoming calls promptly in a professional and friendly manner
Person profile: • Excellent interpersonal skills • Proactive and ‘can do’ attitude • Promote a positive Company image to all visitors and clients
Essential criteria: • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook • Experience of clerical duties • Friendly personality • Excellent time-keeping skills • Client focussed
