Returns Administrator - Chesterfield, Derbyshire
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join an industry leading employer with offices based in Chesterfield.

The successful candidate must have; An excellent telephone manner, the ability to solve problems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and good attention to detail skills as accuracy is of primary importance. GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English is required.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is also essential.

A working knowledge of Sage Line 500 and some accountancy skills would be desirable.

Key Objective:
- To process customer returns, supplier non conformances and stock rotations in a timely and accurate manner. To schedule Van drivers timetables and arrange some exports via pre defined carriers.

Accountabilities:
- Liaise with the customer to collect approved returns via CityLink in the agreed condition
- Monitor Collections achieved in a timely manner
- Inspect the Inbound items and update the Returns System.
- Agree Rejection of items with the manager when they are not in the pre agreed condition.
- Liaise with the Supplier to obtain an RMA number (Customer Returns and NCR's)
- Credit Note to be raised to the customer as appropriate
- Send the item back to the supplier and transfer the item on the stock file to awaiting credit note.
- Identify over purchased or un used stock using the Stock Reports
- Liaise with the Supplier to obtain an RMA number
- Return the item appropriately packaged and monitor receipt of Credit note
- Problem solving around above item
- To assist in the planning and maintenance of the Van Drivers Diary including requisite paperwork.
- Arrange some exports using a pre defined carrier list
- Filing

- Other Duties as requested by management
- Resolve queries raised in relation to carrier and deliveries.

This is a part time permanent opportunity working 25 hours a week Monday to Friday. The employer can be flexible on working hours
