Office Administrator/ Receptionist - Maidstone
We are recruiting a full-time Office Administrator/Receptionist, with data entry experience, for our client, based between Maidstone and Ashford. This is an ongoing temporary role, to start as soon as possible,working within a small friendly team which will lead to permanent work for the right person.
The ideal applicant will be a team player, have own transport (due to the location), be well organised, have a good telephone manner, be fully IT literate, including excel, and be well presented, as this is a customer facing role.
The main duties will include dealing with telephone inquiries and visitors to the site, and general administration including inputting alpha numerical information into the in-house computer system.
The working hours are office hours, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime offered and paid at an enhanced rate.
