Personal Assistant to a Company Director - Norwich
Working for this company you will be responsible for providing PA support to the Company Director and other members of the Management Team. Providing administration and clerical duties as required you will also co-ordinate and maintain the diaries of the Management Team including organisation of appointments, meetings and travel arrangements. Must be proactive and forward thinking as this role will require you to alleviate work pressures from the Management Team. Having a keen eye for detail with strong interpersonal skills you will be required to work independently whilst using your own initiative and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key tasks include:

1 Complex diary management, organisation of meetings and events.
2 Preparation of papers, data for meetings and minute taking.
3 Supporting in producing Board reports, data and performance management reports.
4 Administration and coordination of Management Team meetings and minutes.
5 Completing expense claims.
6 Catering and general housekeeping duties.
7 Liaising with the Operational Board to ensure Director priorities are moved on.
8 Ensuring Company compliance with data protection policy.

You will need to be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, with knowledge and experience of a number of Microsoft packages to include Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint. If you are able to work with tact, diplomacy and discretion at all times and able to "go the extra mile" this could be the role for you.

Based in Norwich working a 37-hour work - Monday to Friday, salary 25k per annum. Please note this is a 1-year contract
