Protocol Education are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join an Outstanding Primary School in Leyton.
The working hours are [Admin: Removed] and the position will be reviewed at the end of Christmas.
The main role/responsibilities of the Administrator will be as follows:
- Managing and maintaining the whole school diary - Producing the termly newsletter - Arranging Trip Travel - Managing the Strategic Calendar - Undertaking Administrative Duties and deputising for the Receptionist as and when required.
The following skills are desirable: - Secretarial/administrative work in a school - Managing admissions and transition - Use of Microsoft Office and Office 365 - School data and information system SIMS - Relevant statutory policies, codes of practice and assessment and reporting procedures
